ADHD Evaluations
Clear answers. Objective data. A plan that fits you or your child.
What’s Included
60-Minute Face-to-Face Evaluation
A thorough clinical interview covering developmental, medical, school or work, and family history. It includes a differential diagnosis assessment to rule out conditions that can look like ADHD, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, learning differences, autism, and medical causes. Getting the right diagnosis matters as much as getting a diagnosis.
Objective Testing and Rating Scales
Conners Continuous Performance Test (CPT): a computerized measure of attention, impulsivity, and sustained focus, scored against age-based norms
Conners rating scales: standardized questionnaires completed by parents, the individual, and, for school-age clients, teachers
Collateral information: input from teachers, caregivers, partners, and past records to show how symptoms appear across settings
Scoring and Written Evaluation
All testing is scored and interpreted, and you receive a written evaluation with a score report that includes your results, diagnostic impressions, and individualized recommendations. Reports can be shared with schools, employers, and other providers as appropriate.
30-Minute Feedback Session
We review your results together in plain language: what the scores mean, the diagnosis, and treatment and support options. Bring your questions.

Our ADHD evaluation is a comprehensive assessment for children, teens, and adults. It goes beyond a symptom checklist and combines a clinical interview, objective testing, and input from the people who know you best, so you leave with an accurate diagnosis (or a clear explanation of what else may be going on) and next steps you can use.
